What can I fill it with?
Owners’ favourites are kibble soaked in broth, plain yoghurt or kefir, pumpkin, banana, blueberries and xylitol-free peanut butter.
How long will it keep my dog busy?
Most dogs take 20 to 35 minutes, and the typical answer in our reviews is 30 minutes. For longer sessions, pack it tight, freeze it overnight and go one size up.
Is it safe for my puppy?
Every Freezbone is 100% natural rubber, non-toxic and biodegradable. Puppies love the cold on sore gums. Pick the size for their weight today and size up as they grow.
Which size is right for my dog?
Go by weight. Freezball comes in S up to 5 kg, M up to 10 kg, L up to 25 kg and XL up to 40 kg. FreezJumbo XXL fits dogs 30–60 kg and Freezbox dogs up to 65 kg. If your dog finishes in under 10 minutes, go one size up.
How do I clean it?
Put it in the dishwasher. The wide opening means nothing gets stuck inside, so there’s no scrubbing.
Can I feed a full meal in it?
Yes. Freezball holds 60 ml (S), 120 ml (M), 250 ml (L) and 350 ml (XL). Many owners serve breakfast or dinner in it to slow fast eaters down.
Will it hold up to a power chewer?
Yes. For power chewers, choose Freezbox, Freezstick, Freez Doughnut, FreezCone, FreezLava or the Tough Chewer Bundle.
How long do I freeze it?
At least 4 hours. Overnight gives the longest lick. Many owners keep a few in the freezer so one is always ready.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
If it isn’t a fit, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. Post it back unused (return postage is on you) and we’ll give you store credit for what you paid. Your 14-day right to cancel for a refund still applies. Treats, seasonal and clearance items aren’t covered.
