Correct Address Required
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend delivery details.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Manchester, UK.

Tracking Details
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery progress. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.

Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or your order is significantly delayed, please contact our team for support: team@freezbone.com


Delivery FAQs

My parcel is delayed and still in transit, what should I do?
Please allow up to 15 business days from dispatch for deliveries, as delays can occur in during transit. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived after this time, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Tracking says “Delivered”, but I haven’t received anything – what now?
Before contacting us, please:

  • Check if someone in your household accepted the delivery
  • Ask your neighbours in case it was left with them
  • Look for a missed delivery card or secure location (e.g. porch, bin store)

Subscription Refund Policy

If a subscription order has already been processed and dispatched, we cannot offer a refund. However, we’re happy to issue store credit of equal value. Contact our team to arrange this.


 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (including the UK), please note:

  • Customs charges, VAT, or import duties may be applied upon delivery.
  • These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missing, Delayed, or Lost Orders

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been dispatched and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.
